Locally Developed Marine Training Program Featured in Fitness Magazine

Marine Functional Force Training, developed locally by Steven Helmicki of East Aurora, president of Primordial Strength Inc., is featured in the December issue of MILO: A Journal For Serious Strength Athletes. Former Lancaster resident Len Kuhn, now manager of Area 4 Gym at Camp Lejune, a Marine Corps military training facility in North Carolina, is photographed in the feature.

Primordial’s Marine Functional Force Training program was specially created to meet the needs of our fighting men and women who train at Area 4. Helmicki’s curriculum is a National Association of Sports Medicine and Coopers Institute approved course and can be used to set up authentic boot camp/military-style training in homes, gyms, corporations, schools or hospitals.

For more information on Primordial Strength Inc. or the Marine Functional Force Training program, please visit www.primordialstrengthsystems.com or contact Helmicki at 213-8895.

NOTE: The strength and conditioning staff, along with the sports coaching staff at Buffalo State College, will host Primordial Strength Inc.’s intermediate and advanced anti-concussion neck training workshop from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, December 18. For more information, contact Steven Helmicki at 213-8895.
