A Statement Released by Western New York Book Arts Collaborative

Buffalo, N.Y. – June 1, 2012 – The 4th Annual Western New York Book Arts Collaborative Members’ Exhibition will be on view at the WNY Book Arts Center from June 22 through August 25, 2012. An opening reception will be held on June 22 from 6-9pm at the Book Arts Center, 468 Washington Street in downtown Buffalo. This event is free and open to the public.

The Annual Members’ Exhibition is open to all members of WNYBAC and will feature a wide range of book-related work: prints, paintings, text, collage, traditional book binding, and sculptural books. The definition of “book” is left to the widest possible interpretation to allow for a diverse exhibition.

The WNYBAC staff is expecting this show to be the largest and most exciting Annual Members’ Exhibition yet. The work created by members of the Center has been extraordinarily ambitious this year, highlighting the growth of WNYBAC as a hotbed for creativity and collaboration.

Gallery hours: Wednesday through Saturday / 12-6pm
