Coachella music festival weekend one is done and weekend two is set to kick off this weekend April 19-22. Coachella aka The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is an annual three-day music and arts festival, founded by Paul Tollett in 1999. The first official Coachella Valley Music and line-up included artists such as Beck, The Chemical Brothers, Tool, Morrissey, Rage Against the Machine, Jurassic 5 and DJ Shadow. Coachella is organized by Goldenvoice (a subsidiary of AEG Live and takes place at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California in the Inland Empire's Coachella Valley. The event includes various music genres such as rock, indie, hip hop, and electronic music, as well as sculpture with several stages on surrounding grounds with continuous live music. The main stages are: Coachella Stage, Outdoor Theatre, Gobi Tent, Mojave Tent, and the Sahara Tent (2006 and 2011 also featured the addition of a smaller Oasis Dome).
